Terms & Conditions

Green City SEZ Reel Contest — please read these terms in full before participating.

1. Eligibility & Multiple Entries

   The contest is open to participants with a public accounts. No minimum follower count is required. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry independently meets all contest requirements. A participant may win only one prize.

2. Original Content

   Each Reel /Short must be original and created by the participant, with a duration of 30–60 seconds. Copied, re-uploaded, plagiarised, or substantially reused content will not be eligible.

3. Green City SEZ Logo

   The official Green City SEZ logo must be included in the Reel in the prescribed size and placement and must remain clearly visible throughout the video. The Green City SEZ logo must be used in the approved format, size, proportion, and placement. Any alteration, distortion, variation, or incorrect use may result in rejection of the entry.

4. Mandatory Collab Post & Caption Requirements

   Every contest Reel/Short must be posted using Collab feature with the official Green City SEZ account. The caption must include the official contest hashtag - #Greencitysez & website link - www.greencitysez.com. Failure to follow even one of these requirements will result in disqualification from the contest.

5. Contest Registration

   Participation will be considered valid only if the participant has completed and submitted the official Registration Form as required by the organisers. Without completing the form, the participant’s Reel, Short will not be considered eligible for the contest.

   For participants submitting multiple Reels, completing the Registration Form again for each additional entry is not mandatory. Simply enter your contact details and the URLs of your additional Reels / shorts.

6. No Promotion or Advertising

   The Reel/Short must not advertise, market, sell, or directly promote Green City SEZ. Participants may create content on any topic while featuring the Green City SEZ brand as required by the contest.

7. Disqualification & Reel Availability

   Green City SEZ reserves the right to disqualify any entry or participant that violates these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws, Facebook, YouTube or Instagram rules or policies, or any contest requirements, or engages in fraudulent, misleading, or manipulated activity.

   The submitted Reel/Short must not be deleted, archived, restricted, or made private during or after the contest. Any winning Reel/Short must remain publicly available permanently. Failure to keep the winning Reel/Short publicly available permanently may result in the withholding or non-payment of any pending prize instalments or rewards, in accordance with the prize-payment terms.

8. Content Usage & Appropriate Content

   By participating, participants grant Green City SEZ permission to feature, repost, share, publish, edit, and otherwise use their submitted Reel/short for contest-related, promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, and communication purposes, subject to applicable law.

   Reels/shorts must not contain abusive, obscene, hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content, or content targeting or insulting any religion, caste, community, race, gender, or social group. Content promoting violence, dangerous activities, or illegal acts is also prohibited.

9. Copyright, Third-Party Issues & Participant Responsibility

   Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all content used in their Reel/short is original or properly licensed, including music, audio, images, videos, footage, graphics, logos, artwork, and other third-party materials. Green City SEZ will not be responsible for any copyright, consent, licensing, intellectual property, or third-party claims arising from a submitted Reel, Short.

   Green City SEZ will also not be responsible for any removal, restriction, suspension, technical issue, or loss of reach caused by Instagram or any other third party. Participants remain responsible for ensuring that their contest Reel/short remains publicly available throughout.

10. Judging & Winner Selection

    Each video will be evaluated individually based on its views and engagement, including Likes, Shares, Comments, Reshares, and Saves.

    Only views and engagement recorded up to the official contest closing date and time will be considered.

    One reel will be selected as the winner based on the highest views and engagement. Views and engagement from multiple videos or platforms will NOT be combined.

11. Tie-Breaker

    In the event of a tie between two or more Reels/shorts based on their overall performance, the Reel/short with the higher combined number of shares and saves will be ranked higher.

12. Engagement Verification

    Green City SEZ reserves the right to verify views, shares, followers, and other engagement metrics before confirming the winners. Entries showing suspicious, fraudulent, or manipulated engagement may be disqualified.

13. Winner Verification & Confirmation

    Selected winners may be required to provide information and/or documents necessary for eligibility verification, identity verification, and prize payment. If a selected winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, fails verification, or is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Terms & Conditions, Green City SEZ reserves the right to disqualify the participant and select another eligible winner.

14. Prizes & Payment

    Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Except for the Fifth Prize, all prizes will be paid in three instalments (40% + 30% + 30%) over 60 days, subject to continued compliance with these Terms & Conditions and the winning Reel remaining public. Fifth Prize winners will receive ₹2,000 in full.

    Any applicable taxes, TDS, or statutory deductions relating to the prize money will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

15. Contest Changes & Final Decision

    Green City SEZ reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest, or make any necessary changes to the contest mechanics, timelines, or requirements, in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable law. This may include circumstances arising from technical issues, platform-related issues, fraudulent or manipulated activity, or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect the proper conduct of the contest.

    Green City SEZ also reserves the right to make the final determination regarding eligibility, verification, judging, disqualification, and winner selection in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. All decisions made by Green City SEZ in connection with the contest shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

16. Contest End Date & Winner Announcement

    The contest closing date will be announced soon. Reels/Shorts posted up to the officially announced closing date and time will be eligible.

    Green City SEZ will take up to 7 days after the contest closes to verify entries, calculate eligible engagement, and complete the judging process.
